Refund and Returns Policy

At KIKA Jewellers, your satisfaction is our priority. Each piece of jewellery is crafted and packed with care. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a smooth and transparent resolution process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The item is not part of a customized, engraved, or final-sale order.

  • The item is not damaged after delivery.

If your product meets the above criteria, you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or engraved jewellery

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales

  • Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@kikajewellers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your Order ID, the product name, and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with pickup or shipping details.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the invoice or proof of purchase.

Once the item reaches us, our quality team will inspect it before processing your request.

4. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, KIKA Jewellers will bear the shipping cost.

  • For returns due to change of mind, size issues, or preferences, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of your product.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approval Notification: You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery purchases, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for another size or design:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Any price difference between exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging via email.

  • After verification, we will offer replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the issue.

We reserve the right to reject claims made after the 48-hour period.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app.

  • Then contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take additional time for processing.

  • If you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@kikajewellers.com with your order and refund details.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return request after delivery.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
