All KIKA Jewellery items are made from high-quality materials such as 925 sterling silver, gold-plated brass, and genuine semi-precious gemstones. Each product page lists the exact materials used.
Yes — many of our pieces are hypoallergenic. The primary metal is sterling silver or gold-plated brass and we avoid nickel in direct contact surfaces wherever possible. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend checking the product description or contacting us.

We endeavour to show product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, actual colour may slightly differ due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.
Currently, KIKA Jewellery offers customisation (such as initials engraving or length modifications) on selected pieces. Please contact us via email or chat before placing your order to confirm availability and extra cost.
Ordering & Payment
Simply browse our collections, select your desired item, choose size/variant if applicable, click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked for shipping details, payment, and confirmation.
We accept major credit/debit cards, net-banking, UPI, and payment wallets. For convenience, you may also opt for cash-on-delivery (COD) where available.
You can request modification or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact our customer support team at info@kika.com

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations. At checkout you’ll see which shipping option applies to your address.
For India: typically 3-5 working days for metro cities, 5-8 working days for other locations. For international orders: times vary by country and customs — usually 7-14 business days.
Standard shipping within India is free for orders above ₹1,00,000. Below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee applies (see checkout). International shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the delivery status.
In case of delays beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team. For confirmed lost packages (after courier confirmation) we will initiate investigation and re-ship or refund as per our policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges only on standard products that too within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in original condition with tags, in its original packaging, and without any damage. Customised products have no return policy.
Email us at support@kikajewellery.com or use the “Returns” section in your account. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll send you instructions for returning the item.
For defective or wrong items, we bear the cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is kindly requested to cover the shipping cost unless otherwise specified in promotions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Yes — if the same piece is available in a different size/design, you may request an exchange. Please mention your preferred size/design when initiating the exchange.
