  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateways (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India and selected international destinations.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days within India (may vary by location).

  • Shipping delays due to courier, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • Free shipping may be available on eligible orders (as per offer terms).

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Customised, engraved, or discounted jewellery is non-returnable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

  • In cases of defective or damaged products, replacement or full refund will be offered at no cost.

Jewellery should be handled with care. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals. Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or box to maintain its shine.
KIKA Jewellers is not responsible for wear-and-tear or misuse after delivery.
